A service robot for places where people arrive, wait and are looked after: reception areas, clinics, care homes, hotels and restaurants. uServe guides visitors, delivers trays, meals and goods, clears tables and takes over the repetitive walking that keeps staff away from their actual work. It navigates safely among people and is managed together with the rest of the fleet in uGo+.
