What makes great work great? And how can we replicate this every single day? These are non-obvious questions as we are all humans and make mistakes. However, in automotive these human errors are very costly, driving 3-15% of the production budget.

At syn2core, we are going to fix this. We are developing an AI co-pilot for frontline workers in assembly and inspection to minimize human error.

In the first stage, we provide smart glasses to the best workers. We record audio, video and movement data so that our AI is learning from the best of the team how an ideal, but also realistic SOP looks like. This creates the benchmark for our AI co-pilot.

In the second stage, we provide these trained smart glasses with the SOP to all workers and while they also navigate through their daily job, we provide audio feedback whenever an error is about to happen. So that the worker is able to fix the problem on-the-job and prevent costly rework and scrap.
