In a region that has been home to the automotive industry and its suppliers for more than 130 years, Cluster Electric Mobility South-West unites more than 150 players from industry and science. Within the cluster, large, medium-sized and small businesses are brought together with research institutes in a unique, extremely stable network that has grown over a long time, accelerating research and development towards low-emission, competitive and marketable mobility in the South-West of Germany.
Working group "Intelligent Move" of Cluster Electric Mobility South-West addresses the issues of information and communication technology in new mobility in a targeted way. The aim is a thorough analysis of the potential provided by connected and automated mobility in combination with new forms of power trains. Projects are initiated in close dialogue with the political sphere to identify suitable framework conditions in which technology can be brought to develop its most positive effect.
The Cluster Fuel Cell BW connects the various activities and competences in the field of hydrogen and fuel cell technology in Baden-Württemberg. It is dedicated to the following tasks: the activities of the cluster aim at testing the technology and to generate marketable and consumer friendly serial products of high energy and resource efficiency.
